i am talking about 9/11
we are out of skewl and out of werk for a bunch of dead presindents like george washinton woopdedo
how about the fire fighter and polic officers who died that dreadful day
and our loved ones and friends and family
our HEROES!!!!!!!!!!!!
plz if u care then rebel and do this which is rite
they say we the youth are the future well
lets start forming the future by showin ppl we care
we do love our country
we do have feelings
we do have a heart

Doubt 9/11 would be a holiday. I mean, if it was like that, we should take off on Pearl Harbor, Columbine, Virgina Tech massacre, the halocaust, etc. But I agree with honoring all those people who have passed away on that horrible day.

pearl harbor isn't a holiday so why sould 9/11 be a holiday?

virgin teech cold be a holiday but i think it should only be for them as a memorial, pearl harbor def should be a holiday, for both america and japan, me being part japenese, people dont know that like the holocaust it the japense were in concentration camps,holocaust obvously should atleast annouced and we say the pledge of allgeince just for thoughs people. i think 9/11 def should should be honor becuse unlike virgina massacre 9/11 touched everyone, i mean i bet even little kids know about it, but not about the massacre, but this is all my opion

Yeah, its not so much as that I want to have a day off, but we should really anounce these horrible events more. At least dedicate a day for each one, we don't have to take a day off in my opinion. I can live with going to school on pearl harbor because then others will know what has happened. I mean, I've seen 8th graders who don't know what the halocaust or pearl harbor was.

yeah and thats said as heck,personally i love school i get to see my friends and shiz, and this right here what im righting on is what i do when i dont go to school, i got so bored that i just decided to make a website, well if ur school was like mine we used to get this red ribbon and it was for drug week, i personally think we should do the pledge for them on a certain day and wear a ribbon in there honor but thats just me

Yeah, school can be fun IF you go in with a positive atitude. If you go to school all gloomy your going to have the worst day of your life. Half of it is mental.

You have to see the way people (In general) work. A Holiday is to remember good times and have fun. A memorial is to remember those who have fallen in behalf of other people. One is a sad- somber day. The other a celebration. That is why they will not make a "Holiday" for any of those events If anything- they will have a moment of silence on that day. Hate to burst your bubble- but man want's his money- which means they want people to work as much as possible.
